Our Story
Pet Memorial Directory was born from loss — twice over, and six months apart. In 2023-2024, I lost my two dogs, Apollo and Roman, to cancer. Two different cancers. Two different goodbyes. Apollo went first, and even though I thought I'd be more ready when Roman got sick six months later, I wasn't. Both times, I found myself in the same impossible position: grieving, overwhelmed, and completely unprepared for the decisions I was being asked to make. I didn't know what options existed... Every listing, every guide, and every resource on this site was built with Apollo and Roman in mind.
