All-County Pet Memorial and Cremation has been serving the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area since 1996. The business was founded by Robert Smith after the loss of his own basset hound, Charlie — at a time when no local pet cremation options existed. Unable to take Charlie with him when his family later relocated, Smith was determined to give other pet owners an alternative so they could keep their beloved companions with them wherever life took them. That founding philosophy of compassion and affordability continues under CEO Angela Berwald, who has been with the company since its inception and runs it today as a women-owned enterprise.

Located at 4701 Hinckley Industrial Parkway in Cleveland, OH 44109, All-County uses an ID tag system to ensure every pet is individually identified and tracked from the moment they arrive until cremains are returned to the family. The crematory accepts pets of virtually all species — dogs, cats, hamsters, chinchillas, birds, guinea pigs, iguanas, turtles, snakes, and even alpacas — and welcomes walk-in visits during regular business hours with no appointment necessary.

All-County Pet Crematory provides the following services to families in the Cleveland, Ohio area:

• Individual Cremation — Every pet cremated alone with an ID tag tracking system throughout the process
• Standard Cremation Package — Includes a tin urn; pricing based on weight (0–30 lbs $165, 31–60 lbs $185, 61–100 lbs $230)
• Memorial Package — Includes choice of mahogany or sheesham urn, two paw prints, and one lock of fur
• Removal Services — Pet pickup from home or veterinary office within Cuyahoga County ($195–$215 based on weight)
• Final Farewell Viewing — By phone appointment, $150
• Urn Engraving — Customized 3-line engraving for most urns, $50
• Pet Obituaries — Online memorial space to share your pet's story

What to Expect

All-County is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and on weekends from 9 AM to 3 PM. Walk-ins are welcome — no appointment needed. Families who need pickup can arrange removal services within Cuyahoga County from either the home or a local veterinary office. Upon arrival, each pet receives an ID tag that stays with them throughout the cremation process, giving families peace of mind about identification. All-County accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards, and their team is committed to guiding families through the loss of a companion with care and compassion.
