All Paws Compassionate Care is a mobile veterinary service based in Bozeman, Montana, dedicated to providing end-of-life care for pets in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. The practice is led by Dr. Kate Pearson, a Bozeman native who earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 1999 and has practiced clinical veterinary medicine in Montana for more than 21 years. Dr. Pearson founded All Paws Compassionate Care after recognizing how deeply meaningful — and how desperately needed — quality in-home hospice and euthanasia services are for Montana pet families. She is a member of the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC), the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Montana Veterinary Medical Association.

Beyond end-of-life services, Dr. Pearson is a certified veterinary acupuncturist, having completed the Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians program at Colorado State University in 2009. This allows her to offer integrative pain management and palliative care treatments for pets living with chronic conditions such as arthritis, intervertebral disk disease, and cancer. At-home euthanasia pricing includes all medications, transport coordination to local crematoriums, and private cremation ash return options — with travel fees for areas outside the general Bozeman area. The practice serves Bozeman and surrounding communities by appointment seven days a week.

At-home euthanasia services include all necessary sedative and euthanasia medications and coordination with area crematoriums for handling your pet's remains — including the option to have ashes returned via private cremation. The practice operates by appointment seven days a week, and Dr. Pearson is also available for acupuncture follow-up visits with packages of three treatments available at a reduced rate for chronic care patients.
