The Phoenix facility is the hub for the company's most time-sensitive specialized services, including Priority Cremation and Witness Cremation, which are available exclusively to private cremation clients located within the Phoenix Metro area due to the logistical demands of these services.

The Phoenix Entrusted Pets location is open Monday–Saturday 7:30 AM–4 PM, and after-hours drop-off is available for families who need to make arrangements outside of business hours. When you arrive or call, the team will explain each cremation tier clearly and help you select the option that best fits your needs — whether that means standard private cremation, a same-day Priority return, or the option to witness the cremation in person. Every private cremation includes keepsakes: paw prints, a nose print, and a clay heart impression.
