What to Expect

The aquamation process at Eternal Waters takes approximately 18 to 20 hours, after which the ashes are dried and carefully prepared. Families are contacted when everything is ready for pickup or delivery. Each pet is aquamated in its own dedicated container throughout the entire process — never co-mingled with other animals. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sundays from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM (closed Saturdays).
