Families who wish to witness the cremation are welcome to do so from within the office by scheduling an appointment — a rare and meaningful option that provides additional peace of mind. All cremations are performed on-site at the crematory, never transported elsewhere.

What to Expect

When you choose Eternity Acres, the process begins with a phone call — if your pet has already passed, the team asks that families call directly rather than email so they can provide immediate, personal attention. Your pet will receive a unique ID tag at intake that stays with them throughout the entire cremation process. If you select a cremation package, your pet's remains will be returned in an urn provided by Eternity Acres, along with an ink paw print, a clay paw print, a fur clipping, and a cremation certificate. Eternity Acres operates Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm by appointment, and is available for emergencies after hours and on weekends. The team treats every family and their pet as their own, ensuring the grieving process is met with compassion at every step.
