What to Expect

Forever Friends makes it easy for Las Cruces families to begin the process at whatever time and in whatever way works best for them. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to noon. If you cannot bring your pet during those hours, after-hours pickup is available Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm at a flat fee of $175 for in-town locations. An after-hours drop-off option is also available for $45. Home pickup fees are transparent and disclosed upfront, and payment is required before any transport service. Staff are ready to answer questions about every step of the process and will help you select a meaningful urn or keepsake from their showroom during your visit.
