Services Offered

Forever Remembered Pet Crematory offers three cremation options for families in Woodstock, Illinois and across the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin service area:

• Private cremation — Your pet is cremated individually. A stainless steel ID disc accompanies your pet throughout. Remains are returned in a Rosewood Urn (two styles available; engraved nameplate $10 extra), labeled with your pet's name and ID number, along with a personally signed cremation certificate.
• Semi-private cremation — Your pet is separated by a partition in the cremation chamber with no commingling of remains. An ID disc accompanies your pet throughout. Remains are returned in a Decorative Tin Urn with a signed certificate.
• Communal cremation — Your pet's cremains are returned to the earth in an approved location in northern Wisconsin. No ashes are returned to the family.
• Urns and memorial products — A selection of urns for dogs, cats, and other pets; rock and garden memorials; and grief support literature are available.
