What to Expect

After your pet arrives at the Northborough facility, the team sends a confirmation email from info@finalgiftpetmemorialcenter. You have 48 hours from that notification to make any changes to your service selection or add memorial items such as paw prints, a special urn, or engraving. For private cremation, your pet is the only animal in the cremation chamber, and cremains are returned in a complimentary urn — or in a decorative urn if you purchase one. Cremains can be picked up at the crematory, returned to your local veterinarian, or shipped to you for an additional fee. For group cremation, cremains are not returned to the family but are respectfully interred through the Memorial Reefs coral-reef restoration program.
