The practice operates seven days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM, acknowledging that the need for compassionate end-of-life care doesn't follow a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

The team understands that car rides and clinical environments can be deeply stressful for geriatric, seriously ill, or anxious pets, and that many veterinary practices simply cannot accommodate home visits within a reasonable timeframe. Gentle Goodbyes was built to fill that gap. Their service area covers Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and the broader Treasure Valley, and has expanded to include McCall and Twin Falls. In addition to euthanasia, they offer pet cremation services, giving families a single trusted source for both aspects of their pet's final care.
