Holloway's private cremation services are backed by a state-of-the-art, time-stamped case tracking system. From the moment a pet enters their care — whether through their flexible pickup service or during regular business hours — a unique metal identification tag is assigned and stays with the pet throughout the entire cremation process. Holloway is also notable for offering complimentary private cremation services for certified First Responder K-9s and service animals in recognition of their dedication and sacrifice, with proper documentation required. Families can also add an optional Witness Cremation Experience, spending final moments in an intimate viewing room before observing the cremation process on-site.

What to Expect

Holloway Pet Cremation accepts pets during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with 24/7 pickup and drop-off arrangements available by phone for urgent or after-hours needs. Call (410) 742-4440 to begin arrangements. Each pet is assigned a metal identification tag at intake that accompanies them through the entire cremation process and is returned with the ashes. Families choosing the Witness Cremation Experience will have time to say goodbye in the facility's serene viewing room, meet the licensed crematory operators, and observe the process on-site. Remains are returned in the rosewood Tree of Life urn along with a signed Certificate of Cremation. Holloway also publishes individual pet obituaries on their website, giving families a public memorial space for their companions.
