For families facing the loss of a beloved companion, Dr. Schmar provides gentle in-home euthanasia, allowing pets to pass peacefully in familiar surroundings rather than in a clinical setting. The practice maintains fully computerized records and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, by appointment. When services such as surgery or radiology are needed, Dr. Schmar coordinates with partner veterinary hospitals to provide transport and return the pet to the home.
