What to Expect

Horizon Pet Cremation offers pickup throughout Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties, with in-home pickup available at an additional distance-based fee. Standard cremation typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and a 24-hour expedited option is available for an additional $75. Families can choose hand-delivery of their pet's ashes or pickup at the Bend facility. Private cremation returns include a wooden box urn and a certificate of cremation.
