Oakdale Memorial Gardens is an independent, non-profit cemetery established in 1856, situated on more than 78 acres along Eastern Avenue in Davenport, Iowa. One of the Quad Cities' oldest and most beautiful cemeteries, the grounds are characterized by century-old oak trees, gently rolling hills, and a reflecting pond near the entrance. The mission of Oakdale Memorial Gardens is to maintain the historic value of the property for future generations while serving the present community with dignity and respect.

For pet families, Oakdale Memorial Gardens has set aside a dedicated space called the "Love of Animals" Petland — a lovely garden area where beloved pets can be cremated or buried with honor and dignity. This serene section of the cemetery is landscaped with flowers, oak trees, and rare dwarf conifers, providing a meaningful final resting place for animal companions. The cemetery grounds are open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM, year-round, and the office is open on weekdays for inquiries and arrangements.
