PALS – Pet & Animal Lovers Service is a full-service pet cremation company located at 3629 N. 40th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1987, PALS has been family-owned and operated for nearly four decades, and today represents one of the last Arizona-owned pet cremation businesses serving Valley veterinarians — at a time when many similar operations have been acquired by outside companies. The business was founded after the family witnessed troubling practices at a pet cremation facility, and PALS has built its identity around the opposite: total transparency, open-door access, and genuine accountability for every pet in their care.

PALS is the only pet cremation facility in the Phoenix metro area that is completely open to the public during all operating hours, with no appointment required. Families are welcome to stop in and personally see how the team documents, tracks, and maintains a chain of custody for each pet throughout the entire process. The facility also offers soothing private rooms for grieving families and grief support resources. PALS works with over 100 veterinarians, more than 100 animal-related nonprofits, government entities, and organizations including the Phoenix Zoo, Midwestern University, PETCO, PACC911, and the Arizona Animal Welfare League.

PALS maintains a rigorous multi-checkpoint tracking system to ensure every pet is properly identified and handled throughout the process. Memorial products are available through the facility directly or in coordination with partner veterinary hospitals across the Phoenix Valley.
