Private cremation, starting at $225 for pets up to 30 lbs, ensures your pet is the only animal in the crematory at the time, and the ashes are returned in a wooden urn with an engraved brass nameplate. Semi-private cremation, at $185, keeps pets physically separated throughout the process and returns ashes in a paw-print tin. Transfer fees vary depending on whether pickup is from a home or veterinary office and whether it falls within business hours; an additional mileage fee applies beyond 15 miles.
